RIPCO Real Estate Corp. was formed in 1991 to fill a niche in the real estate landscape in New York: A company to provide retailers and developers with a high degree of service and information with respect to retail real estate in Metro New York.

For years we drove the streets of Long Island, New Jersey, New York City, Westchester and lower Connecticut learning, documenting and eventually creating a database for all these retail trade areas. With this knowledge, RIPCO gained the trust of retailers and developers. A number of successful long term relationships began to be formed. These same retailers and developers were kind enough to spread the word about RIPCO's abilities.

RIPCO established an identity; a reputation for being loyal, trusting and reliable. The "Ripper" logo was born, representing the foundation on which RIPCO was formed.

RIPCO is different. We are not about lavish advertising campaigns or public relations. RIPCO is about reputation, loyalty and hard work.
