Jonathan has been designing kitchens and bars in NYC for over 30 years.  He specializes in dish, glass, and pot washing.  He provides detailed shop drawings, fabricates the stainless, and delivers and installs the equipment.

 He knows the heath department requirements including DEP grease trap code. He has expertise in the NYC plumbing codes and can provide advice on solving hot water problems.

Auto-Chlor System manufactures both dish machines and cleaning chemicals. We control pricing and quality to benefit our customers. Each of our machines have received ENERGY STAR RATINGS. All of our dish washing machines and glass washing Machines are approved by the National Sanitation Foundation as well as the NYC Health Department.

Many of our customers own their own dish machines and rely on Auto-Chlor System to provide all types of cleaning products, various types of chemical dispensers to control usage, and technical service.

Auto-Chlor is unique in providing very thorough and comprehensive preventive maintenance. This service  is provided every 28 days to all of our customers.  Our “Route Service” provides machine repairs and cleaning as well as staff training and development. This program will reduce emergency service and “crisis management”.
